Oranges provide vitamin C, beta-carotene, folic acid, calcium and potassium. They have a stimulating and relaxing effect on the organism. Effectively cleanse the bowel.

Figs are a valuable source of vitamin C, potassium, phosphorus and calcium. Have stimulating influence on the body. Have a favorable alkaline pH, which prevents the acidification caused by excessive consumption of meat.

Mix:

  • 250 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cut dried fig
  • 1 dried apricot (previously soaked in water or apple juice)
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon of wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon of brewer’s yeast
