Cherry Smoothie

for 1 serving: 200 kcal, a high content of vitamin B1 (55%*), vitamin B2 (32%*), a source of vitamin B6 (27%*) and vitamin C (18%*), magnesium (18%*), zinc (22%*), copper (26%*)

Cherries: in addition to carotenoids, vitamins C, B vitamins, potassium, calcium and magnesium, they contain flavonoids (bioflavons), which protect collagen, thus preventing the formation of wrinkles.

Cane molasses is the source of many vitamins and minerals, including a set of B vitamins and essential fatty acids EFAs. B vitamins are essential for healthy skin, hair and nails. EFA deficiency leads to excessive hair loss and skin dryness of the skin.

Horsetail is a valuable source of flavonoids, saponins, potassium and silicon. Silicon is essential for the proper activity of the enzyme proline hydroxylase, which is involved in the production of collagen.

Mix:

  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 100 g cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons of wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon of cane molasses
  • ½ teaspoon of horsetail
