Elixirs of Youth

Colourful Elixirs of Youth are the most valuable and attractive ingredients of Dr Bardadyn’s Structural Diet, they are recommended as a valuable supplement to your daily diet and are used for specific preventative and therapeutic purposes. The Elixirs help to prevent and treat the most common civilisational diseases that are the result of bad eating habits and an unhealthy lifestyle, especially stress, chronic fatigue and insufficient exercise. The detailed descriptions of their effects and indications for use make it easier to choose the right Elixir(s) for your needs. They are low in calories but rich in the most valuable nutritious ingredients. i.e vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. YELLOW COCKTAIL (150 kcal)

REMOVES TOXINS AND EXCESS CHOLESTEROL

  1. 250 ml birch juice
  2. 1 pineapple slice
  3. ½ small apple
  4. 1 dried apricot
  5. 1 tablespoon wheat sprouts
  6. 1 tablespoon wheat bran

CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL (200 kcal)

PROVIDES MAGNESIUM. STRENGTHENS THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
RECOMMENDED FOR STRESS, DEPRESSION, INTENSIVE MENTAL WORK

  1. 200 ml soy or rice milk
  2. 1 teaspoon cocoa
  3. ½ banana
  4. 1 teaspoon almond flakes
  5. 1 teaspoon treacle
  6. 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

SOUR CHERRY COCKTAIL (200 kcal)

ANTI-WRINKLE PROPERTIES. RESTORES SKIN DENSITY.

  1. 200 ml soy or rice milk
  2. 100 g sour cherries
  3. 2 teaspoons wheatgerms
  4. 1 teaspoon treacle

  1. 250 ml freshly squeezed orange juice

WHITE COCKTAIL (200 kcal)

PROVIDES CALCIUM AND MICROELEMENTS RECOMMENDED FOR OSTEOPOROSIS, ALLERGY AND FOR CHILDREN

  1. 200 ml rice or soy milk
  2. ½  banana
  3. 1 chopped fig
  4. 1 teaspoon wheatgerms
  5. 1 teaspoon treacle

GREEN COCKTAIL (150 kcal)

IMPROVES METABOLISM. PROVIDES SLIMMING EFFECTS

  1. 200 ml kefir or natural yoghurt (1.5 % fat content)
  2. ½ (30 g) small ripe avocado
  3. 1 tablesoon lemon juice
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  5. 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  6. ½ tablespoon fucus
